How to setup an expression pedal or midi controller with Amplitube and Bias FX

Using an expression pedal with your favorite Amp/Effects plugins is a total blast! This tutorial shows you how easy it is to setup.
I'm using Cubase and the iK Multimedia AXE I/O interface, but the methods will be very similar on any DAW.
