Getting that great sound of your amp that you hear in the room while you're playing can be tricky to capture on a recording. In this video I talk about some different techniques and things to take into consideration when micing your amp.

I encourage you guys / gals to think of these things like various little tone controls and to understand how they interact. It is less about using one stock method that can be used in every situation and more about finding ways to get these techniques to work well for you in your situation.
