The Empress Effects Zoia was probably the biggest personal highlight for me at NAMM18. Basically an open-world sonic game, where every effect you can possibly imagine can become a reality. That's both super exhilarating and super intimidating. Hence, I had a quick talk with Dan Junkins of Empress Effects to learn how to control and program this bottomless aural pit.
