Dream home? For me, this is about as good as it gets. Well built, white farmhouse style, open floorpan and lots of natural light, big but not insane, large lot but still easily maintainable, and in the country! Or boondocks really. Arrington is a beautiful part of Tennessee just south east of Franklin/Brentwood, still in Williamson County, and home to the locally famous Arrington Vineyards.
This was a home that I recently did a showing for out of town clients moving from Dallas. They needed a good feel of the flow of this home, so I scheduled a showing just to make this walkthrough video for them.
