We are very proud to introduce to you the Scarlett Love Overdrive V2!
We have spent many months sending prototypes back and forth to Nigel to get "that sound" he had in his head, into a pedal. We are very pleased to say we have achieved this with the V2. Though Nigel loved the V1, he found that it had too much gain and not enough headroom for his needs, however he wanted to keep the tone of the first pedal. We have started from the ground up changing virtually everything in the pedal to achieve this. The gain has been reduced and we have added an internal 9-18V converter to achieve the extra headroom.
Another new feature is the revised gain knob, instead of a "standard" gain knob, the V2 blends the overdrive into the clean signal. So when the gain is set to zero, the pedal acts as a clean boost that doesn't colour you tone. The V2 still contains the 3 way clipping switch that features the Plexi, TS and Diode Lift options.
Like all Selah Effects pedals we have selected only the best components such as Nichicon, Wima, AVX capacitors and carbon comp resistors. The pedal has been tested through many amps and guitars, to ensure it responds well to all kinds of rigs. We are very proud and honored to bring you this pedal and believe it can fit comfortably onto any pedal board.
