The 63 Trem-Luxe Kemper Pack seeks to captures the sound of an all original 1963 Fender Tremolux Amp. This is a classic representation of the BrownFace sound, the half way point between Tweed and Blackface Fenders! Imagine creating an amp that has the beautiful cleans of a fender blackface with extended high end and a healthy bass but with the push of some lower midrange and grunt like a tweed amp. This is the cream tolex or brownface sound that was produced for only a few years after the tweed era but before the 64 when the blackface amps showed up. These are our favorite fenders, they are unsung heroes and combine the best of Tweed and Blackface tone.
