We are Rudy and Christophe, friends, fathers and guitar players since we were teenagers.
What happens when 2 friends decide to have fun by demoing guitar gear? Stuff like "2 Guys 1 Amp"!
The initial plan was only a Youtube channel, then we thought a blog would be cool. So this blog will be about anything we found interesting about guitar and music in general and fun stuff that happen in our lives.
For the Youtube part, our goal is to shoot demos of gear that we own or that are lent to us. Right now our focus is on amplifiers, but we never know what's coming next (pedals, recording gear, instrument...).
We do demos and not reviews because we will never talk about something we don't like. We always try to show the best of the gear we are demoing.
We don't want to "cheat" so we use as little post-processing as possible: we don't use EQ, compressor or anything that could color the tone. We want to give you an honest picture of the gear without making it sound like something it is not.
We hope you'll enjoy it and that you will feel the fun we have doing it!
