I have 4 tube amps and wanted to do a straightforward comparison between them. The amps:

- DIY 5F2A Tweed Princeton clone with mods
- DIY AB763 Super Reverb clone
- DIY 5E3 Tweed Deluxe with mods
- Fuchs ODS Modded Fender Bassman (clean channel)

I picked some basic tones on each amp that I would use. The idea here is to really hear the main differences between these amps, not to have them sound 'similar'.

With these 4 you have a really broad spectrum of amps. Two Tweed styles and two Blackface styles. Two lower wattage amps, one medium, and one a little higher.

All are run through a closed back 1x12 with a WGS G12C speaker mic'd with an SM57. No post production other than attempting to set similar volume levels.
