The Pick Parameter is a control we may not be used to because it's not one found on tube amps. The Pick parameter is located in the AMP section and controls level of the pick attack of the tone. You've probably discovered playing a harder pick yields a different tone than softer picks. TheEdge from U2 has famously used soft picks to partially achieve his signature "scrape" tone. HW shows us how increasing the pick parameter can change the tone and how it works with fingerpicking to achieve a more percussive tone, plus how it works with single coils and humbuckers.
