The Yamaha Revstar RSS20 in Flash Green is another excellent addition to the Revstar family. Focusing on providing an excellent array of features without a hugely inflated price, the RSS20 offers excellent value for money, especially for what it has on offer. With a carbon reinforced neck, classic style, and an admirable pair of humbuckers, the RSS20 ticks all the boxes.
At the heart of the Revstar RSS20 is a chambered mahogany body with a maple top. This gives the guitar an excellent degree of resonance, lighter weight, and excellent balance when used with a strap, plus it has the classic benefit of a maple top. Basically, it is great for gigging and has the looks to back up its top sound!
A premium feature that improves playability and durability, stainless steel frets are becoming a must-have for guitarists with a demanding schedule in need of a guitar that will go the distance. Needless to say, the RSS20 definitely fits that remit!
The pickups themselves are excellent and expanding on this further is the 5 position selector and the Focus Switch. It is phenomenal how much tonal variety you can get here from a 2 pickup guitar!
