Martin has introduced the new D-18 Modern Deluxe, their latest take on Martin Vintage.

Martin delivers some of their best vintage-inspired features including a Sitka spruce Vintage Tone System (VTS) top, dovetail neck joint and natural protein glue construction. Other top-shelf features include
the stunning East Indian rosewood binding and 1930s style script logo on the headstock, inlaid in pearl. The D-18 Modern Deluxe also features classy gold frets and gold open-gear tuners adding another premium touch.

So where does Modern Deluxe come into its own? It features some incredibly modern features, too. It has a light-weight titanium trusss rod, Liquidmetal® bridge pins and a carbon fiber bridgeplate that'll give you extra volume, minus the added weight. Even better, there's a new slightly skewed neck shape to provide complete hand comfort anywhere on the fretboard.
