http://www.godlyke.com/ Welcome back to ProGuitarShop and ToneReport.com, today we're exploring the Triskelion 2.0, from TWA. The Triskelion is based on the legendary Systech Harmonic Energizer, with a slew of modern features. The original Harmonic Energizer is an ultra-powerful, analog filter device, but it had several problems, all of which have been addressed. The Triskelion adds several options not found on the original, such as the Energize footswitch, which completely bypasses the gain circuit and allows the pedal to be used like a traditional EQ and clean filter. The small switch to the right of the bypass switch controls the high pass filter for a wider range of effects. The expression pedal jack that overrides the Variant Mass knob (filter selector). Players can use the expression pedal for a crushing filter sweep that bottoms out at 155 hertz or as a traditional wah but with more harmonic energy. Other notable features include a modern/classic switch to roll off the low end, gain attenuation (-6dB) to avoid the clipping of the original design and EXP offset for expression pedal compatibility. The TWA Triskelion is a rock solid design, hand built in the USA and equipped with relay-based true-bypass S3 switching.
