This Pro Series Corvette features an ash body with a burgundy red colored oil finish. The body has a smooth, natural feel that makes it very easy to feel the vibrations of the music as you play. The ovangkol neck features a wenge fingerboard with 24 jumbo bronze frets and a 26" radius. The 34" scale length provides just the right amount of tension. For pickups, this bass sports two active MEC "Dynamic Correction" JJ's. There are three knobs: volume, balance, and a stacked treble/bass knob. The volume knob is also a push/pull that lets you bypass the pre-amp. The two-piece Warwick bridge makes for easy string changes, and the Warwick machine tuning heads keep everything locked down no matter what. A great five string bass that's ready to be abused night and night and still perform wonderfully.
