This video shows Deniz Alatas, guitarist from Darmstadt - Germany, playing for the first time on the Palmer DREI guitar amp and discovering its sound possibilities.
In this video Deniz plays the Palmer DREI through his Fender Telecaster, a 2 x 12" guitar speaker equipped with Eminence Wizard speakers (speaker can be ordered at Palmer under code: PCAB212WIZ - available with closed or open back). Recording was made with a Shure SM57 mic in front of the speaker and a large diaphragm microphone placed 3 meters away from the speaker.

Deniz Alatas was born was born in Darmstadt in 1977 and lives there nowadays. He teaches guitar and plays in many different bands such as Durden (High-Gain Jazz), Ease Up Ltd (Reggae), Phil Fill (Elektro-Funk), Chris Zimmer 5 (Groove-Jazz), Centralstation All Star Band (Cover), Aida (Musical), Open Up Wide, Phongemeinschaft (DJ Elektro-Pop), Soulmade (cover), Krakeel (Rock), The european Johnny Guitar Watson Memorial Orchestra.

The concept of this video is "no talking, just playing". We want the viewer to be able to simply listen to what the product sounds like. Concept is also the "discovery". Deniz didn't know the amp before we shot this video. Thus Deniz Alatas MEETS the Palmer DREI.
