MXR's Custom Shop goes the extra mile to recreate the vintage Script Logo overdrive/distortion by using high quality components, all hand wired to a vintage style PCB. Housed in an authentic mustard yellow enclosure, the MXR CSP104 Distortion Plus employs the same 'battery only' circuit which utilizes germanium diodes and a '741' op-amp to achieve those searing tones made famous by Randy Rhoads and other guitar legends.
