In this week's episode of PMT College, Leigh Fuge of MusicTeacher.com demonstrates 5 useful finger warm up exercises to add to your routine before you start playing guitar!
Warming up before any guitar session is a very useful thing to do. It loosens your hands up and gets
you prepared to practise or perform. Warming up properly before launching into difficult practise
sessions can also ensure you minimize the risk of picking up any nasty strain injuries.
Unfortunately, warming up isn’t always fun, but it’s very beneficial.
