Who doesn't love a candy apple red stratocaster, especially one with a mint pickguard? Today's pick is just that, an excellent example from 1964! One of the last pre-CBS custom color Strats still sporting the smaller headstock with transitional logo and pearl dots, and the finish is a wonderful deep red. It's killer set of pickups just sing through the 1983 Fender Super Champ amplifier we picked out for today - a tiny 18w 10" amp that is not one to be underestimated!
*Disclaimer* - It was pretty busy in the shop when we drew up the chalk-board (which labels the Strat as a 1963... it is in fact a 1964), please excuse the error!
