In this lesson, Andy Timmons continures his examination of soloing approaches to take with the song “Electric Gypsy,” which is built around a simple four-chord progression in the key of D major, D-A-Bm-G, with each chord lasting for a single bar.
“Electric Gypsy,” was written by Andy and originally recorded for his 1994 album, Ear Ecstasy, as a tribute to one of his biggest musical influences, the immortal Jimi Hendrix.
