Following the 2016 release of his new album Choke & Croon (Anthem Breath), Ben Trickey and Jonathan Griffin (on fiddle) stopped by the Acoustic Guitar Sessions studio to perform “Toenail Moon,” “529,” and “Open the Sky.”
“The whole record is about trying to be graceful growing old — the struggle with that,” says Trickey, who plays a Guild D-50 Bluegrass Special model.
