Introducing the Bondi Effects, Del Mar Overdrive. The Del Mar is a modern take on two iconic circuits, The 808 and The Blues Breaker. Jon at Bondi as worked very hard to tweak these circuits to make them not only work well together but added a few new twists on them!
The Del Mar runs off a standard "Boss Style" 9v power supply and it is then internally boosted via a charge pump to 18v. This gives the Del Mar amazing headroom. Equipped with Treble and Bass controls you have great control over your tone. One of the best features is the way the gain control works. As you increase the gain you blend in more overdrive and as you decrease the gain you actually blend in a clean boost. The clean boost keeps your clean/low gain signal nice and sparkly.
