Koch Quarantine Sessions presents Twan Van Gerven.
He did a short Monday morning Q session and got some drums involved as well!
Twan started his career as a bandleader, composer and guitar virtuoso of the cross-over funk band 'The Tree Funk Concept'.
As a guitarist, Van Gerven gained fame in the band 'BEEF!', awarded with a Silver Harp in 2002 and proclaimed 'Best Guitarist of the Netherlands' in 2004.
Besides session player with various well-known acts like Jay-6 and Kenny-B, Van Gerven gets high reviews with his jazz/fusion/world projects like Junk Dilemma (2014) and Dutch X-Ing in 2015.
There will be a new album release later this year called ' How U Gonna Stroke Yer Solo '.
One thing is for sure...never a dull moment with this guitar virtuoso. He will always surprise you with great riffs and amazing compositions.
