All Fender, all day! Today we're featuring a killer 1961 Fender Deluxe Amp, a little 20w combo with great breakup and plenty of headroom for solid clean tones. This amp is running a 1963 Oxford 12T6 speaker, and is in fantastic condition with one exception - at some point in its life, it took a bullet to the grill! All vital organs were missed, as the bullet appears to have traveled through the grill and front baffle, somehow missed the tubes and rear baffle - this amp is a warrior for carrying on for so many years after such an incident! As you'll hear, it sounds fantastic, it looks cool, and is as affordable as it could be for being so close to 60 years old! Trevor is demoing this amp today with his 1952 Fender Telecaster, which should be a perfect match!
For more information on the amp, please give us a call as it just landed in the shop!
