Today James is taking a look at a beautiful Martin D-28 from 1961! A wonderful sounding instrument, this guitar is constructed of bound Brazilian Rosewood back and sides with a spruce top, all of which is in great condition for its age showing minimal wear. The guitar plays excellent as it has had a neck reset and re-fret, and the sound is exactly what you want - full, yet non-boomy low end, clear, open midrange and a brilliant, shimmery top end.
