With the addition of the two 2014 models here, Guild's Newark Street range now sports three Starfires, single- and double-cutaways, the jazzier Venetian cutaway Manhatten and Savoy hollowbodies, the smaller M-75 Aristocrat and a pair of basses. The centre-blocked Starfire V adds a Bigbsy to the existing non-vibrato Starfire IV, while the hollowbody Capri is effectively a deep-body version of the thinline Starfire III.

Here, Chris Vinnicombe puts the guitars through their paces using a Fender '68 Custom Deluxe Reverb amplifier.
