The Ovangkol bolt on neck features a Wenge fingerboard with 24 bronze frets. Wenge, a dense, dark-colored African hardwood that's not directly related to the rosewoods, has tonal properties remarkably similar to those of Brazilian rosewood. The scale length is 34".
