Carvin's founder, Lowell C. Kiesel founded Carvin over 60 years ago. Mr. Kiesel was a master at the Hawaiian Steel guitar and was featured on the radio back in the 1930's. Lowell passed away at the end of 2009 at the age of 94. We are restoring his collection of Lp's that he recorded over the years. No master tapes are available so we are restoring the music using original vinyl pressings and using Izotope RX to remove all clicks, crackles, pops, hiss and noise.
