The Red Witch Violetta Delay packs up to a thousand milliseconds of analog-voiced delay into an ultra-compact chrome package. With a sound designed to mimic the organic, gradually decaying high-end of vintage tape echo effects, the Violetta keeps the tones old-school, with warm repeats, runaway oscillation, and lush, shimmering modulation that ranges from gentle chorus to echoplex-style wow-and-flutter. Despite its vintage tones, the Violetta's feature set is decidedly modern, with dedicated controls for delay, mix, mod, and repeat, an expression pedal out for controlling repeat level, and two options for power; an industry standard 9v DC wall wart, or a long-lasting, fully rechargeable lithium ion battery. Like all Red Witch pedals, the Violetta Delay is made with premium components, including true bypass switching.
