New for NAMM 2020, Walrus Audio has introduced the new MAKO Series D1 Delay pedal. Get a closer look as president of Walrus Audio, Colt Westbrook, takes us through the features and Switchfoot guitarist Drew Shirley demonstrates.
This versatile stereo multi-delay guitar pedal features 5 distinct programs: Digital, Mod, Vint, Dual and Rev. The Digital Program provides clean, crisp digital delays, perfect for rhythm playing. The Mod program provides uniquely modulated delay repeats, with multiple LFOs running at different rates. The Vint program provides classic analog delay tones, with filtering on each repeat, adding character to your tone. The Dual Program is setup as two parallel delays, each with different time divisions. Finally the Rev program provides a reverse delay sound.
While the D1 is compact and will fit comfortably on any pedal board, the Walrus Audio Team has provided plenty of on-board tone sculpting options with 5 real-time control knobs, sub-division selection and more.
