The Yellow Spiral Drive is a custom design that springboards of a classic design, the DOD 250 Overdrive-Preamp. Much like the vintage pedal, the Yellow Spiral leaves out any low pass filtering, allowing you to utilize it as a full frequency clean boost, classic drive or scorching fuzz-stortion thanks to a selection of classic and modern components. Featuring a Nanolog N2 molecular junction, this nanotech takes your dynamics through the roof, allowing effortless cleanup with softer playing and a more pleasing clipping vs diodes. Speaking of clipping, a toggle gives you 3 varieties from pure N2 to the addition of LED and Silicon diodes for different textures and compression. Plus, the 6 position Girth tailors the low end and allows bass players to join in on the fun as well. Like all Spiral Electric FX, the Yellow Drive is handmade from scratch by Tom Cram and family with laser etched enclosures, high quality components and are 100% analog.
