Circuit Salad compressors (with surprise guests!)

A couple compressors I discovered on Circuit Salad, Ray Ring's DIY site. Excellent designs there. I made a few minor adjustments until I got something I liked and here's the end result. I've decided to make this video more like a review, since it's almost impossible to demo compressors properly on YouTube.

The Moss Press uses a MOSFET for the compression element and has a squishier, but also smoother (or darker, if you like) tone. I think it has some of the best behavior of any compressor I've ever heard, and my only complaint with it is that I couldn't figure out a good way to boost the treble. The FETa Salad Squeezer is brighter and is voiced a lot like an Orange Squeezer. It uses an opto-FET chip (H11F1) for the compression element.
