The Music Man JP15 in Sahara Burst is the newest model in the Music Man John Petrucci line of guitars and it is absolutely killer! Beautiful Sahara Burst finish, a roasted maple neck and tone to die for! An extreme machine for rock this guitar plays like a dream. The DiMarzio pickups have an excellent mid range punch. Highs are crisp and lows are sweet and full. Volume control is a push/push gain boost for that extra punch for soloing. Tone control is also a push/push that works in the middle position and gives you a cool out of phase strat tone. The roasted maple neck is perfect and easy to play. Frets are well done and intonation is spot on. The Piezo system sounds great! Allows you to shift between electric and acoustic tones with one guitar.
