Over In San Diego at Taylor Guitars HQ, Meg sits down with the man in charge of making sure your Taylor Acoustic Guitar is in tip top condition, Service Network Manager Rob Magargal!

We sit down with Rob where he talks us through his 30+ year career with Taylor Guitars, everything he's seen during his time and most importantly, how to fix and resole any issues you might come across when owning an acoustic guitar - They can be quite delicate!

What do to when dealing with different humidity, the most common problems he's come across and how to solve them, the do's and don'ts when it comes to keeping your guitar safe in it's case, and so much more! Even discussing how the workshop he has at the Taylor HQ is more like a laboratory than a guitar workshop!
