The Mapex Armory Series Dillinger snare was built for drummers who enjoy classic tone and Americana. This 14-by-5-and-a-half-inch drum features an 8-ply, 100% maple shell and produces warm, rich tone and full attack that is a hallmark of maple tone woods.

Standard on all Armory snares, Mapex’s patented SONIClear bearing edge is inner cut at 45-degrees with a rounded back cut to ensure a flat plane for head replacement and increased shell-to-head contact for overtone control.

Paired with Armory tube lugs, 2.3-millimeter power hoops and Remo heads, the projection and resonance of this snare drum will fill out your sound. Without the danger of the real Dillinger.
