So whilst this song is always the song I judge how good a vibe is - I truly feel this is the best I’ve got yet !! This is raw iPhone audio based on my pure excitement of running the old Vibe into
an Ampeg Gemini II …
This particular model of amp has been on my notification watch list for a good couple of years and when one popped up , I jumped on it ..
The Gentleman I bought this from
( Sweet amps ) really knows his stuff and i have to say this is easily the quietist vintage amp I have EVER played . In fact it’s probably the best signal I’ve had in a good while that isn’t coming from my modern orange amp ….
The Ampeg to my ears lies between fender and Marshall territory - and I LOVE IT !!!
The reverb is monstrous and your note never seems to get lost - super addictive to play and it just sounds old. ??
I honestly can’t say enough good things about this amp and Jim’s Service …
