This is Keeley Fuzz Head. One fuzz box with two option of Germanium or Silicon. The knobs are simple : Fuzz (gain) and Head (level) it's pretty straight forward and easy to dial. The tone is great with enough low mids and sweet highs so it's won't stab your ears with too much treble spike. It's killer with Telecaster!
