The Vexter series Super Duper 2 in 1 pedal from Z.Vex. Awesome boost pedal and cheaper than the hand painted one. Loud as hell and surprisingly versatile. Almost had some fuzz qualities at higher gain levels, but that may have been my amp dying! I got mine from www.guitarguitar.co.uk. You can too, just tell em you heard it at The Tone Shack!
