Here's a quick overview of some of the new features of firmware 2.1 for the DV-Mark Multiamp and what you gain from upgrading (its free from the DV-Mark Website). Mainly simple features, but this amp is designed to be played and not really used for hours with knobs to get sounds. All very simple to use - at last.
Some nice improvements to help the Multiamp be really the simplest product of its type and to improve further. It is likely that these updates will continue. The y might seem minor compared to some competitors but I think most Multiamp users don't want to be 'burdened' with hours and hours of a learning curve.
I discuss all relevant new features of the MULTIAMP after upgrading mine and also show how to use the Kemper through the MULTIAMP as a power amp thus negating the need to buy another amp for the Kemper preamp. The MULTIAMP amplifier section is a very flat response amp and well suited to the Kemper Preamp so you can get the best of both worlds.
