This Fender Custom Shop 61 Telecaster Custom Relic in Black is an extremely well rounded guitar. Vibrant tone that is perfect for rock, blues, country and jazz.
The bridge pickup is lively and gritty. If you love early Zeppelin or Brad Paisley you'll love this tone. Excels at that bright bluesy tone. The smooth sounding neck pickup is clear with excellent sustain. Roll of the tone for that warm jazz tone with very little muddiness in the low end. Middle selection is perfectly balanced for blues and rock.
The early 60's C is just right. Not too fat or thin. Very comfortable and easy to play.
