The 2016 Les Paul Studio Faded Series T is packed with Pro-level features and priced below anything comparable.
Sporting a carved maple top over a weight-relieved mahogany back, it’s available in a choice of hand-sprayed nitro finishes that are beautifully faded to appear slightly aged.
The mahogany neck sports a rounded ’59 neck profile that’s considered to be one of the most desirable in Gibson’s history, and comes with a historically correct nut width that’s slightly narrower than the 2015 model. A Graph Tech nut adds sustain and helps avoid “string stick” when tuning or bending notes.
Onboard are two Burstbucker Pro humbuckers, made to exacting PAF specs with potted coils to avoid squealing at high gain.
Traditional tuners offer that time-honored look with smooth, more efficient performance. Chrome hardware includes a tune-o-matic bridge with stopbar for rapid string changes and simplified adjustments. The 2016 Les Paul Studio Faded Series T comes ready to rock right out of its padded gig bag.
