The I Family, Zildjian’s new cymbal series is redefining B8 Alloy.
The I Family cymbals are thinner in weight compared to traditional B8 Alloy cymbals. This new Zildjian cymbals series feature modern profiles with some brilliant effects options. Taken from the name Ilham, the Turkish word for inspiration, the I Family cymbals also feature a smaller bell which gracefully balances the high frequencies this cymbal is able to produce.
These cymbals also feature distinct hammering pattern that increase in size as it nears the edge of the cymbal which improves projection whist creating an aesthetically pleasing finish. Zildjian I Family come in various sizes and are available in Splash, Crash, Ride, Hi-Hat, China and Trash Crash cymbals types.
