In this Fender American Professional Stratocaster video we give you a rundown of all the key features, specifications and sounds you want to hear so you can make an informed buying decision.
Key features of the Fender American Professional Stratocaster include a "Deep C" neck profile, designed for speed and comfort, a 9.5-inch fretboard radius and new narrow-tall frets.
There are also three different pickup configurations available for you: a three-single-coil version; a humbucker with two single-coils; and a double-humbucker model.
These new pickups, V-Mod single-coils and ShawBucker double-coils, were created by pickup master Tim Shaw. They feature mixed AlNiCo magnets, voicing each pickup specifically for its position.
While the Stratocaster retains the four-bolt, micro-tilt neck joint, it also now features a pop-in tremolo arm, that allows for quick setup and teardown.
