The Mapex The Daisy Cutter 14'' x 6.5'' Hammered Steel Snare Drum features a 1mm stainless steel shell and is equipped with a piston strainer with a vertical throw-off. This enables quick, smooth adjustments, while preventing snare wire tension changes during play.
The Daisy Cutter snare drum has solid steel Armory tube lugs which provide better tuning accuracy and shell stability while giving the drum an elegant, modern appearance. The SONIClear bearing edge allows the drum head to sit flat and allows for effortless tuning, responding with a stronger fundamental pitch.
The highly polished hammered steel shell provides a stunning aesthetic and an exceptionally loud, warm and complex sound.
