Boutique Guitar Pedals are often a topic that can mean many different things to people depending on their perspective and of course opinion. While "Boutique" Guitar Pedals have been around for several years, the meaning of "boutique" has arguably changed quite drastically. Reeves Electro is one of the small companies that epitomizes what Boutique is, in my personal opinion. In this video I'll demo one of my favorite new "boutique" pedals, the 2n2 Face (a wonderful fuzzface variant).
I'd love to hear your comments -
What does Boutique Guitar Pedals mean to you?
Are boutique guitar pedals dead?
My opinion is that they aren't going anywhere, they are just morphing and changing. And yes, to those that may be itching to get their fingers typing away... yes, I understand the irony completely. It's all due to the market changing, just like it always has and always will.
