The IdiotBox FX Death Master pedal is an attempt to capture the iconic guitar sound from Celtic Frost's classic album "To Mega Therion"
BLEND controls how much of the original input signal goes through the RESONANCE filter before hitting the DRIVE circuit. TONE controls mid frequencies going from scooped to boost. VOLUME is self explanatory. This pedal can get BRUTAL. Awesome on both bass and guitar.

The Amps:
1) Vintage 1967 Fender Showman head into a Mesa 4x12 cabinet with V30's.
2) Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier

Speaker was mic'd with a Sennheiser MD 421
NO eq or audio controls were added.
