Many musicians, especially guitarists, use YouTube to practice. I myself use backing tracks on youtube to get better at soloing. The downside is that you must take your hand off the instrument to use the mouse to navigate through the song. That is until the Vidami Video Looping Pedal. This pedal works with a chrome plugin and can control youtube videos with the press of a foot. Pause, play, rewind, fast forward, loop start and end points. This is really a great pedal for practicing on youtube.
