The guys at Missing Link Audio have somehow managed to can Santana's rich, warm, articulate tones and offer them to us in this pedal, the Super Natural Overdrive. This is certainly one of the more refreshing pedals I've had the pleasure to demo in some years. The Super Natural also offers two modes:
"Position V1: Is set for the vintage tones of the 1970's
Position M2: Brings in the modern tones from the 1990's and onward"
There's something about the fuzz-face-meets-cranked-power-amp-overdrive that makes this pedal utterly addictive when playing it. Even if you're not a full-blown fan of Santana I think you should try it anyway. 10/10 for originality and accuracy and another 10/10 for the Super Natural's tones regardless of intent. Ace.
