The Hummingbird Vintage takes the idea of a "vintage reissue" a step further with the addition of a thermally-aged top and an array of vintage-accurate Hummingbird appointments.
Dressed in a gorgeous Vintage Cherry Sunburst finish, the Hummingbird Vintage comes with a selection of new features for the 2016 model year including a Sitka spruce top that's been thermally-cured to replicate the aging process on a cellular level for that legendary Gibson Acoustic vintage sound and aesthetic. Other new-for-2016 features include period-correct tuning machines, a softened fingerboard edge for exceptional fretting-hand comfort and playability, an enhanced finish, a premium PLEK setup, and a smoother hand-rubbed and oiled fingerboard and bridge.
