Zach giving us a run through of the pickup positions on this Masterbuilt 1965 Stratocaster by Ron Thorn #CZ535967, we're running straight to a Carr Raleigh 1x10 and recording with a Shure SM57.

Loaded with hand wound Fat 50's single coil pickups, this one of a kind electric guitar has a bit of a warmer tone than a typical Strat. The bridge pickup is clean and clear sounding with a very sweet high end that is never brash or harsh. The neck pickup is thick and creamy with good low-end articulation. The 2 and 4 spots have a very mellow quack that helps add to it's expressiveness.
