A close-up look at the Ventris Dual Reverb's Outboard Spring reverb engine. The Outboard Spring engine was inspired by extremely "drippy" sounds of vintage spring reverb tanks like the Fender 6G15. This highly responsive spring reverb sound helped define the sounds of surf rock and spaghetti western soundtracks.
