BOSS asked me to write a couple of patches for the new GX-10 Guitar Effects Processor. I've come up with eight very different patches, one or two of which I hope you can have some fun with. They're all available via the Tone Exchange portal integrated into the GX-10 Tone Studio software. The video will tell the rest of the story.

The BOSS GX-10 takes its predecessor GX-100 and downsizes the footprint format to the increasingly popular 3-footswitch+expression-pedal size, while upsizing its algorithm catalogue to include three new amps, two new drives, and some interesting effects such as Humanizer, Sitar Simulator, Slicer and Feedback. Bass players can rejoice as they get nine amps plus a ton of complementary effects. The IR Loader is now integrated into the Tone Studio for GX-10 editor meaning you no longer have to fire up separate software to import your beloved third party IR's. And the sounds? Killer. BOSS use their proprietary Augmented Impulse Response Dynamic technology for their amp modelling and it doesn't disappoint. The GX-10 is going to impress and satisfy a lot of players looking for full functionality in a small but super tough package. Winner.
